Ask friends or even AI for a list of local happenings and get out and try something you have never done before….I dare you!!!

Let’s prioritize self-care and make time for activities that nourish our bodies and souls. Whether it’s practicing yoga, meditating, or simply enjoying a peaceful walk in nature, let’s make our well-being a top priority. The days are getting warmer, I can’t wait to start outdoor exercise classes for the public, what do you like to do to take care of you?
