Busy as a Bee, but I am Here!

Hello there, friends, I apologize that I haven’t been around to write like I should. April is Donate Life month and with that on top of training for the Transplant Games, I have been a busy girl!

I have been updating the Donate Life Page on this blog so you can more easily follow along my journey to the games! Please follow along on my socials, as well, specifically, my Instagram, as I am posting there, too.

As the excitement builds, I’ll be sharing behind-the-scenes peeks into my training routine, the ups and downs, and all the raw emotions that come with preparing for such a monumental event. Expect snapshots of my workouts, the nutritious meals fueling my body, and the incredible people I meet along the way.

But it’s not just about the competition; it’s about the message behind it. Every step I take, every lap I skate, and every weight I lift is in honor of those who gave the gift of life and those who received it. It’s a celebration of strength, resilience, and hope. It’s awareness of the amazing and full life that a living donor can live after donation.

So, buckle up for a heartfelt journey. I invite you to be part of this adventure, not just as spectators but as a community of support and encouragement. Let’s spread the word about the importance of organ donation and cheer on all the athletes who are living proof of its life-changing impact.

Stay tuned for more updates, and don’t forget to share your own stories of hope and perseverance. Together, we can make a difference. Let the games begin! Until our next adventure, keep wandering and wondering!! 🌍✨🌱
